Official speech targeting Jews: on 13 May 2021, at Eid al-Fitr prayers broadcast on state TV with the President present, Ahmad Ould al-Murabit, imam of Nouakchott's Grand Mosque, prayed against "the usurper lecherous tyrannical Jews", asking God to "kill them completely, and do not spare from them a single one".
