No government policy targets Jews. Bishkek City Hall has sought to evict the Pri Etz Chaim Jewish school from a former municipal kindergarten, and the Supreme Court upheld the order on 11 March 2025. The courts treated it as a property dispute, the presidential administration and Foreign Ministry asked City Hall to settle in the school's favour, and the eviction has not been enforced.
